Prahran · AI for real businesses

Spend your day on the business, not the admin.

I show you how AI can save time and money by taking the repetitive work — enquiries, follow-ups, invoices, booking back-and-forth — off your plate. You keep the decisions. The software does the grinding.

How this actually works

We don’t sell a chatbot and walk away. We sit with how your week really looks, pick the jobs that eat the most hours, and put AI on those first.

  1. Find the time sinks

Inbox, quotes, reminders, data entry, the same email written forty times. If it’s eating Monday, we start there.

  2. Put AI on the repeat work

Drafts, routing, follow-ups, filing. The machine does the first pass. You check the bits that matter.

  3. Keep you in the chair

I set it up in the tools you already use, then show you and your staff how to run it. If it breaks, you ring me.

What we automate

The point is simple: less admin, more time for customers, stock, staff, and the work that actually makes money.

  1. Enquiries and the inbox

AI that reads incoming messages, drafts a reply in your voice, and flags the ones that need a human. Evenings stop belonging to email.

  2. Follow-ups and bookings

Quotes that don’t sit in draft. Reminders that go out on time. Fewer “just checking in” messages written by hand.

  3. Invoices and paperwork

Pull the details out of an email or a job sheet and get them into the system. Less re-typing. Fewer missing invoices.

  4. The jobs you do every week

Reports, stock notes, meeting summaries, the same spreadsheet shuffle. If you’ve done it twenty times, AI can do the twenty-first.

  5. Agents that stay on

A small AI agent for a specific process — not a toy demo. It watches a mailbox, a form, or a folder and keeps the process moving.

  6. Training your people

Your team should be able to use this on a Tuesday without me. I’ll sit with them until they can. You can still call on Tuesdays.

People I’ve worked with

I call Tim the Oracle because he knows everything, about everything. Every change, request and phone call is met with a smile on his face. Never one to complain, Tim is efficient and dedicated to the task at hand and completes every job to the highest standard. I have learnt so much from him and I've been lucky enough to have him complete three of my company websites so far with two more to come.

Case Criteria — phone protection, reviewed on the desk

Case Criteria

A review desk we publish from this site: phone cases, MagSafe, chargers. Honest testing, AUD prices, no paid placements. Same kind of weekly grind AI is good at — research, drafts, a catalogue that stays current.

Why ImpactAI

I’m Tim Hook. Twenty-five years in software and hardware, based in Prahran. I started ImpactAI because owners kept asking for “some AI” when what they needed was fewer hours lost to admin.

I can show you, on your own work, where AI saves time and money — and where it doesn’t. We automate the grind. You stay on the customers, the product, and the bits only a person should do.

Retail, hospitality, clinics, furniture, trades: if the week is full of copy-paste and chasing, that’s the job. If you’re in Melbourne I can come in. If you’re not, the phone still works.

Tell me where the week disappears

A short note is enough. Inbox? Quotes? Invoices? The same task every Friday? I’ll tell you if AI can take it, and what that would save.
